Crown Prosecution Service
The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has led the way across Whitehall in publishing a Single Equality Scheme that not only covers its statutory duties to promote equality on the grounds of race, gender and disability, but it also extended the scheme to cover age, sexual orientation and religion or belief. The scheme can be downloaded from the CPS website.
