Introducing EVAW’s Interim Director

New Interim Director of the End Violence Against Women Coalition

The End Violence Against Women Coalition team is pleased to announce that Janaya Walker has been appointed Interim Director following the departure of Andrea Simon, who will take up the post of London Victims’ Commissioner.

Formerly EVAW’s Head of Public Affairs, Janaya has significant experience within the NGO sector, spanning violence against women and girls, migrant rights and children’s rights. Her experience stands her in good stead to uphold our reputation for influential and effective change-making.

Janaya said:
